I was excited to fish this body of water knowing that it held some big fish.  The boater I drew was on a largemouth pattern on the west end of the lake.  We made the run in the morning and the wind was just starting to pick up when we arrived.

We fished several points and weed lines and had some success.  I boated a limit and culled up twice.  My largemouth came off of a point with a hard weed edge.  I was throwing a mojo rig with a green pumpkin pachinko from MG Lures 

And I culled my smallest largemouth with a nice smallmouth that I caught throwing a Lake Fork Craw Tube in green pumpkin.  Though I missed cashing a check I was happy with my 14th place finish.  This moved me from 18th to 13th for the year to date standings.
